Translation Process and Quality Control Procedures
After a translation project is confirmed:
- Our Project manager gets the job assigned to a team of linguists with required specialization: one or several translators + editor and proofreader (if full TEP service is ordered).
- The Project manager sends all the project related materials to the translation team, including glossaries, reference materials, translation memories, special instructions, etc.
- The Project manager controls translators' work, their delivery deadlines.
- After the translators' work is completed, the project manager arranges editing/proofreading process.
- If required the project manager arranges DTP or other services.
- Using CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ, Passolo, Idiom WorlServer, etc.) helps to ensure consistency of the terminology usage, speeds us the translations process, etc.
